Bright rooms with high ceilings for meetings, seminars and conferences. Rooms include the latest, easy-to-operate multi-media technology and provide the right backdrop for every occasion.  A meeting host will look after you and your conference participants - so you can concentrate fully on the content and objectives of your meeting. We can offer a three-course lunch with light finger food delicacies; we also serve business lunches in the Bits&Bites brasserie, if you have more time.

Standard conference equipment with a screen, projector, satellite TV for live broadcasts, or free high-speed Internet access (WiFi and wired) provide the ideal infrastructure for a successful event.  If requested, we can also supply extra conference equipment.

As well as the hotel’s own meeting rooms, three of the eleven adjacent cinemas can be used for events (between 160 and a maximum of 500 people). This opens up additional opportunities for symposia or special events to do with multimedia or cinema.
